SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with CUBEIFY. All of our products are made to order, so please allow time for production before dispatch.

Production & Dispatch All orders are produced and dispatched within 5–8 business days of your order being placed. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

UK Delivery Once dispatched, UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail. Delivery times will vary depending on the service selected at checkout.

EU Delivery We ship to all EU countries via Royal Mail International. Once dispatched, delivery times vary by destination. Please note that as we are a UK-based business, your order may be subject to import VAT and customs duties upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Delays We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, Royal Mail, or circumstances outside our control. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, please contact us.
