This 120mm PC fan duct adapter connects a standard 120mm case fan to 3, 4 and 5 inch flexible ducting. It is designed for PC case exhaust, ventilation projects and sim racing wind systems where air needs to be moved away from the fan through a hose.
The standard version is made in PETG with an 80°C (176°F) heat tolerance, selected for better heat resistance than PLA in warm PC, radiator and ventilation environments. For installations that may run hotter, a higher-temperature material option is available on request for most sizes; contact us before ordering to confirm suitability.
The transition is tapered rather than stepped. Smaller duct sizes create more restriction than larger ones, so fan static pressure, hose length, bends, filters and grilles should be considered when choosing the outlet size.

Fitment
Flexible ducting varies between manufacturers, so check the actual hose diameter before ordering. High static pressure fans are recommended where the system includes a small outlet, long hose run, tight bends, filters or grilles.
Higher-temperature option
A higher-temperature material version is available on request for most fan duct adapter sizes. Contact us before ordering if the adapter will be used in a warmer exhaust or enclosure.
