120mm PC Fan Spacer and Radiator Shroud 5mm to 50mm | CUBEIFY

This 120mm PC fan spacer and radiator shroud adds clearance between a standard 120mm fan and a case panel, mesh, grille or radiator. It is available in 5mm increments from 5mm to 50mm and can be used as a stand-off, riser or short airflow shroud.

Increasing blade clearance can reduce turbulence and noise caused by a fan running close to a restrictive grille or mesh. On a radiator it also creates a consistent gap between the fan and fin surface. Results depend on the fan, radiator and case layout.

The standard version is made in PETG with an 80°C (176°F) heat tolerance, selected for better heat resistance than PLA in warm PC, radiator and ventilation environments. For installations that may run hotter, a higher-temperature material option is available on request for most sizes; contact us before ordering to confirm suitability.

Higher-temperature option

A higher-temperature material version is available on request for most fan spacer sizes. If the spacer will sit in a warmer enclosure, exhaust path or other elevated-temperature environment, contact us before ordering with the expected temperature and required spacer depth.

Spacer depths over 50mm can be made as a custom order. Send the required fan size and spacer depth before ordering so the fit can be checked.
