5mm 120mm to 140mm Low Profile PC Fan Adapter | CUBEIFY

This 5mm 120mm to 140mm PC fan adapter converts between standard 120mm and 140mm fan or radiator mounting patterns. It can be used in either direction where the selected mounting style and available clearance allow.

The low-profile 5mm body provides the size conversion with minimal added depth, making it useful where radiator, case or panel clearance is limited.

The standard version is made in PETG with an 80°C (176°F) heat tolerance, selected for better heat resistance than PLA in warm PC, radiator and ventilation environments. For installations that may run hotter, a higher-temperature material option is available on request for most sizes; contact us before ordering to confirm suitability.

This 5mm version is supplied as Shroud to Shroud with no mounting tabs.

Higher-temperature option

A higher-temperature material version is available on request for most fan adapter configurations. Contact us before ordering if the adapter will be used in a warmer enclosure, exhaust path or other elevated-temperature application.

Airflow and fitment

The transition avoids a sharp step between the 120mm and 140mm openings. Final airflow depends on the fan, radiator or grille restriction, mounting direction and surrounding clearance. Check the selected style against the fan or radiator before ordering.
