200mm PC Fan Spacer and Airflow Shroud 5mm to 50mm | CUBEIFY

This 200mm PC fan spacer and airflow shroud adds clearance between a 200mm case fan and a case panel, mesh, grille, radiator or other nearby obstruction. It is available in 5mm increments from 5mm to 50mm and can be used as a stand-off, riser or short airflow shroud.

Increasing blade clearance can reduce turbulence and noise caused by a fan running very close to a restrictive grille, mesh or panel. It can also create a consistent gap between the fan and a radiator, filter or other surface. Results depend on the fan and installation layout.

The spacer includes 154 x 154mm, 110 x 180mm and 170 x 170mm mounting-hole patterns and was developed around the Noctua NF-A20 range. Because 200mm fan dimensions are not fully standardised, other 200mm fans may also fit where the frame size, hole spacing and blade clearance match.

The standard version is made in PETG with an 80°C (176°F) heat tolerance, selected for better heat resistance than PLA in warm PC, radiator and ventilation environments. For installations that may run hotter, a higher-temperature material option is available on request for most sizes; contact us before ordering to confirm suitability.

Noctua owners can compare directly with the NF-A20 dimensions and mounting patterns above. Owners of other 200mm fans should compare their own fan against the supported hole patterns and available blade clearance before ordering.

Higher-temperature option

A higher-temperature material version is available on request for most fan spacer sizes. If the spacer will sit in a warmer enclosure, exhaust path or other elevated-temperature environment, contact us before ordering with the expected temperature and required spacer depth.

Custom sizes and fit

Spacer depths over 50mm can be made as a custom order. For 200mm fans with a different mounting layout, send the fan model or mounting-hole measurements and required spacer depth so the fit can be checked.
