Dual 200mm PC Fan Duct Adapter 4 to 8 Inch High Temperature | CUBEIFY

This dual 200mm PC fan duct adapter combines two 200mm fans into one flexible exhaust hose with 4, 5, 6, 7 or 8 inch outlets. It is intended for high-airflow PC exhaust, server-rack ventilation, mining-rig extraction and other ducted airflow projects.

The mounting plate includes 154 x 154mm, 110 x 180mm and 170 x 170mm hole patterns and was developed around the Noctua NF-A20 range. Because 200mm fan dimensions are not fully standardised, other 200mm fans may also fit where the frame size, hole spacing and blade clearance match.

The adapter is produced in ASA and rated to a 100°C service temperature, providing extra temperature headroom for warm exhaust, server and ventilation environments.

Because two 200mm fans feed one duct, outlet diameter has a strong effect on system resistance. Larger ducting is preferable where maximum airflow is required.

Duct sizing

• 4 inch: approximately 100mm / 102mm ducting.

• 7 inch: approximately 175mm / 178mm ducting.
• 8 inch: approximately 200mm / 203mm ducting.

Fitment

The body is supplied in two sections with joining plates and an overlapping joint. The overlap helps alignment and sealing; glue or another suitable sealant is recommended where air leakage needs to be minimised.

Flexible ducting can vary from its nominal size. Check the actual hose diameter where fit is critical. Smaller outlets, long hose runs and tight bends increase resistance.
