This triple 140mm PC fan duct adapter combines three standard 140mm fans into one flexible exhaust hose. Outlet sizes are available in 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 inch for PC exhaust, server ventilation, sim racing wind systems and other custom airflow projects.
The standard version is made in PETG with an 80°C (176°F) heat tolerance, selected for better heat resistance than PLA in warm PC, radiator and ventilation environments. For installations that may run hotter, a higher-temperature material option is available on request for most sizes; contact us before ordering to confirm suitability.
With three fans feeding one outlet, duct diameter has a large effect on restriction. Larger ducting retains more flow area, while smaller outlets are best reserved for installations where space is the main constraint.
Duct size guide
- 3 inch: very high restriction; use where installation space is the main constraint.
- 4 and 5 inch: substantial reduction in outlet area; total airflow will be lower than with larger outlets.
- 6 and 7 inch: lower restriction and better suited to higher-flow intake or exhaust layouts.
- 8 inch: least restrictive outlet option; hose length, bends, filters and grilles can still add resistance.

Assembly and fitment
The adapter is supplied in two halves for shipping. The joint includes an overlap to help alignment and reduce leakage. The fan mounting screws hold the sections together; hot glue or a suitable two-part adhesive can be used to seal the joint where air leakage needs to be minimised.
Flexible ducting varies between manufacturers, so check the actual hose diameter before ordering. High static pressure fans are recommended where the system includes a small outlet, long hose run, tight bends, filters or grilles.
Higher-temperature option
A higher-temperature material version is available on request for most fan duct adapter sizes. Contact us before ordering if the adapter will be used in a warmer exhaust or enclosure.
